Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. We ship all the order on the same day as of the order (except for Sunday) placed before 4 PM, Monday to Saturday. For all the other orders, the shipping happens on the next day.
  2. For the orders to Metros, please allow 24-48 hours for delivery and for all the other places, the order may take 2-5 days, depending upon the coverage from our logistics partner.
  3. The delivery charges are applicable as follows:
    – INR 100/- for any order below INR 300/-
    – INR 50/- for any order below INR 600/- but above INR 300/-
    – Free Shipping for any order above INR 600/-

Return Policy

  1. We know the quality of our products and want you to be convinced. We are also looking for a long-term relationship with you and hence will go an extra mile to make sure that you acknowledge the healthy touch of mother nature.
  2. If you do not like the quality of any product, please give us a call @ +91-8510056107 and we will be happy to make a replacement or cash back as per the T&Cs mentioned in the site. For any cash back, the delivery charges will be deducted.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. For cancelling your order please call at +91-8510056107 and quote your transaction ID/ order number. We will cancel your order as per the policy and if confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the same, within 2 hours of placing your request.
  2. Since we are dispatching the Order on the same day as the date of order, it is difficult to cancel the order, once placed. However you might still cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it.
  3. If the order is canceled within 2 hours of placing, full amount will be refunded to your account. This might take few days and would depend upon our payment gateway partner.
  4. If the order is canceled post dispatch, the two way delivery charges will be deducted and the balance refunded to the Buyer.
